MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
The QUICK TURN SMART 100M CNC Turning Center provides high performance and unsurpassed production value for small to medium-sized parts.
In the (M) configuration, the machine adds milling, drilling and tapping to its turning capability. THis gives the machine Multi-Tasking abilities for even shorter part processing times.
The machine is equipped with SMART CNC conversational operating system for easy programming. In addition, SMART CNC can utilize both EIA/ISO format program codes.
The machine features the new Mazak MX Hybrid Roller Guide System, which dampens vibration to extend tool life and accelerates and decelerates quicker to shorten cycle times.
